Refund and Returns Policy

DURATION OF POLICY

Our return and refund policy last for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused.
  • It should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

In some situations, partial refunds may be granted if applicable:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos and videos and send them to our customer support at: support@scoobike.co.uk. After verification and confirmation, you will have two options: we will send you a new product or provide you with a 100% refund.

DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN MANUFACTURER AFTER USE

You have 30 days after receiving your product to report any problems. If the product does not work during this period or is defective, you can return it at your expense, and we will refund the total amount in the form of store credit so that you can reorder your new product.

CHANGE OF OPINION

You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If you wish to proceed, please contact us at support@scoobike.co.uk. We will provide you with a return address. Keep in mind that we only accept returns for products that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

WRONG PRODUCT

If you received the wrong product, you have 30 days to return it to us at our expense, and we will provide you with a 100% refund.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (usually taking between three and seven days).
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@scoobike.co.uk.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please send us an email at support@scoobike.co.uk.
